How is Creation different than Mastery?
Mastery introduces us to a new paradigm for navigating life. It shows us the limitations of patriarchal conditioning, provides a foundational toolbox, and blows the doors open to what’s possible.
Creation is the next evolution. It’s the place where you fully embody everything you’ve previously learned while garnering advanced skills to enhance your life
Since Creation is twice as long and one third the class size, it allows us to create incredible intimacy, connection, and Sisterhood. The course will include more coaching from Regena and a number of structural elements designed to help you get specific in applying these tools to your daily life.
If Mastery is akin to taking a course in French, then Creation is moving to Paris, eating the food, drinking the wine, and becoming fluent in the language of the Feminine.

Is Creation worth the investment?
Like any investment, Creation will pay off in spades if you commit to showing up and taking in the vast resources at your disposal.
Creation is a bold, deep immersion.
In Mastery you can be tentative about your participation.
It is not possible to be a tentative Creationista.
It is a personal culture shift—a deep dive.
I can’t get away with being on the sidelines anymore.
Neither I, nor my sisters, will permit it.
How do the Retreat and Lab work together as a cohesive program?
The Creation Retreat is designed to teach you all of the advanced tools in our curriculum upfront. It’s a complete immersion—you’ll leave with a new skillset and a deeply-rooted community of sisters. The content is profound, transformative, and acts as a launch pad for the entire program.
Followed by an informative, essential period of self-study and research, you’ll then enter into the Lab. This is where you return to a robust support structure for practice, refining your tool use in day-to-day life, learning how to stand in your leadership, and receiving support every step of the way. This is where you truly master riding the metaphorical bike. When you wobble, you can trust that there’s someone there to catch you as you take your life higher.

Why is repeating Mastery included in Creation, and what is the role of Creationistas in the Mastery classroom?
In the past, upon completing Mastery, we heard from so many women who wanted more but felt torn between repeating Mastery or taking Creation. The truth is, there is immeasurable value in both paths, and so we created a way to combine them for an even greater impact.
By going through Mastery again, Creation students will receive a deeper cut of the work, while elevating their experience of turned-on feminine leadership. Returning to Mastery with the advanced toolbox of Creation, you’ll hear the foundational curriculum in a new way, access the pieces you may have missed the first time, and embody the true depth and breadth of this work.
As a Creationista, you may decide to simply receive more and go deeper. Or, perhaps you’ll choose to push your edge by taking on a more overt leadership role. There is no wrong way to participate! You’ll have the opportunity to do one or the other, or both.
Where are the course locations, and how do I get there?
The Creation Retreat will take place at Secrets Silversands, Riviera Maya Cancun, Mexico. The closest airport is Cancun, Mexico, and the resort is an easy 15-minute taxi ride from there!
The Research phase and many elements of the Lab will take place from wherever you are, via phone and video. All you need is an internet connection to participate.
Finally, as part of the Creation Lab, you will come to New York City for the Mastery sessions (venue details emailed upon registration). You can fly into any of the major airports: La Guardia, JFK, or Newark.READ LESS

I’m so full from Mastery—is Creation right for me, or should I take a break?
For some, taking Mastery is precisely the right amount of exploration and it’s possible to graduate feeling full, satisfied and complete. For others, Mastery is a glimpse of an internal power that wants to grow and expand— you may feel pulled to harness that momentum and continue learning.
Creation is designed to help you digest and integrate Mastery, in addition to offering additional tools and resources. You’ll have the opportunity to go deeper, break things down, and take time to fully internalize all the shifts you’ve made so far. Additionally, we included the Research phase in between the Retreat and the Lab, so that you can digest the work fully and bring all of your learnings back into the highly supported environment of the Lab.

I hardly did any of the homework from Mastery, and I feel like I didn’t play full out. Should I do all of that on my own before going even deeper in the work?
First and foremost, there really is no right or wrong way to do Mastery. However much you participated in Mastery is perfect. It’s important to celebrate what you did do, and the ah-has that you did have.
One thing we’ve noticed in our years of doing this work, is that if you didn’t do the homework while in Mastery, it’s unlikely you’ll go back and do it on your own. If you didn’t play full out or do all the assignments in Mastery, the real question to ask is, “what resistance came up around diving into the work, or allowing myself to be seen in community, and how do I want to proceed?”
Creation is a great opportunity to press into your edge of showing up, being witnessed, and playing a bigger game. If you are experiencing charge, judgement, or regret about how you showed up in Mastery, now is the time to lean into that, explore it, and see what’s possible on the other side.
All that said, the decision to continue with Creation is deeply personal—now is a great time to reach out for a one-on-one chat, to feel into the possibilities, and get support on whether it’s the right fit (or not).
My life is exploding in the best ways since Mastery - everything is great, why take Creation?
It’s so common, especially for women, to stop ourselves when things get “good enough”. We tend to sign up for programs when we’re in rupture and feeling a sense of desperation to get us out of pain. But once things get good, we find ourselves backing off, thinking we should be satisfied with what we’ve got.
Often, we stop because we can’t give ourselves permission to desire more, to go from good to great. It feels selfish, or indulgent. We invite you to ask, “what would be possible if you continued to expand from this place and allowed yourself to take it even higher?”
A huge component of Creation is learning to truly sustain this work, indefinitely. It’s a space where you can get comfortable with receiving the goodness in your life. And since the course takes place over an extended period of time, you’ll learn how to reconnect after the inevitable ebb and flow of whatever life hands you.
I’m in rupture, is Creation right for me?
In many ways, the Creation Course is about giving women a road map for how to rupture well. As we began unpacked in Mastery, it’s so easy to be victimized by our challenges and pain. It’s so easy to get stuck in the Swamp, to isolate, and to hide. We feel like we have to have it “together” before we can delve deeper in community.
Creation is a safe, transformative space to show up with your full self. You can bring your devastation, your heart break, your despair, and your mess. You’ll learn to lean into sisterhood, to practice radical transparency, and to use every ounce of your rupture as fuel for your next becoming.READ LESS
What is the Creation community like?
“It is 100 times more intense, more supportive, and more intimate than Mastery. You can’t hide in the Creation classroom. You are saying YES to being seen, heard, witnessed, and held by your sisters and Regena.” – Libby Wagner
Are the calls with Regena recorded?

I don’t know what my specific desires are around what I want to create next? Does that mean I should wait until next year to do the course?
There are many reasons we can feel disconnected from our desires. Sometimes we feel numb or shut down around the question of what we really want. Creation will help you unpack that, and shed the layers between you and your deepest truth.
Other times, our desires just feel vague—for example, you don’t know what it looks like, but you know you want to feel a different way, or you’re yearning for “more”. Creation will help you seduce, clarify, and live into this desire, in ways that may surprise you.
This is a great area to get some personal witness around. Book a time to speak with Lauren and dig a little deeper.
What results do women get from Creation?
Take some time to read through our Graduate Stories. You’ll be able to see how this work has impacted a diverse group of women—personally, professionally, spiritually, and emotionally.
After you’ve had a chance to explore, we’re more than happy to speak one-on-one about what you desire to create in your life, and explore the possibilities together!READ LESS
